Course Goal / Objective
The aim of lesson; The aim of this study is to provide information on how quality parameters such as fatty acid composition, antioxidant and tocopherol contents in oil cropss are determined, and how the obtained data should be evaluated.
Course Content
Information will be given about how to determine the quality characteristics of oil crops such as soybean, peanut, sesame, sunflower, and which parameters are important.
