Course Goal / Objective
To provide students with detailed information on the general principles of constitutional law, the concepts of the Constitution and constitutionalism, state theory, forms of state, government systems, the concept of democracy and its use, constitutional jurisdiction, fundamental rights and freedoms.
Course Content
This course covers the structure of the Constitution, the legislative, executive and judicial systems, individual rights and freedoms and the Constitutional Judiciary.
