Course Goal / Objective
It aims to provide students with general information about zoning legislation and to analyze the legal rules applicable to the planning of urban spaces.
Course Content
It includes the sources of zoning law, types of zoning plans, the principles governing zoning plans, and the approval and legal consequences of zoning plans.
Course Precondition
The course has no prerequisites.
