Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to give the student the theoretical and practical knowledge about mycorrhizal spore, and root inoculation.
Course Content
Since mycorrhizae are commonly found in association with agricultural crops it is important to recognize mycorrhizal formation and to count in host plant. In this course the presence of vesicles and arbuscules in the root tissue and their identification will be also study. Isolation of mycorrhizal spores and their counting will be study
