Course Goal / Objective
All cultivated cultivars of watermelon, melon, zucchini, bean, lettuce cultivated from seed growing to product harvesting from greenhouse grown vegetables are teached theoretical and practical
Course Content
Explanation of zucchini, melon, watermelon, lettuce and salad group, growing of bean vegetable species in greenhouse, motherland and botanical features, importance in terms of nutrition and human health, economic values, climate and soil needs, growing techniques
