Course Goal / Objective
To gain basic advanced knowledge on definition of toxic algae and environmental factors on toxic algae blooms, to understand the mechanism of toxins and potential environmental effects of algae toxins.

Description of toxic algae, its importance, taxonomic groups, life cycle of toxic algae, ecological diversity of toxic algae, toxic algae blooms and its reasons, algae toxins, the environmental effects of algae toxins, studies on monitoring of toxic algae
