Course Goal / Objective

To enable the student to comprehend the basic theorems and concepts related to direct current circuits and to learn the solution methods of direct current circuits.

Course Content

Current-voltage concepts, DC circuits components, Power and energy, serial, parallel, serial-parallel circuits in direct current, Kirschoff's voltage and current laws, to solve DC circuits using Thevenen, Norton, Superposition theorems, Maximum power theorem, energy storage components in DC.
