Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to develop logical thinking, problem solving and understanding abstract concepts skills. With this course, students strengthen their analytical thinking skills by using mathematical theories and techniques. It also aims to provide students with the skills of mathematical modeling and finding solutions to applied problems.

Course Content

Algebra, Polynomials and their operations, Ratio and proportion and their aplications, Equations, Inequalities, Sigma symbol, product symbol, Sequences, limited sequences and constant sequence, operations of the sequences, Aritmetic sequences, geometric sequences, geometric series and their sums, Fundamentals of geometry, polygons, circle and disk, Geometric objects, coordinate systems, conics, Fundamentals of trigonometry, Trigonometric functions, Functions and their operations, function types, Parabolas and their graphs.

Must be able to perform basic mathematical operations
