Description and importance of hygiene Data related with bacteria ,viruses ,molds and yeast . Information about useful microorganisms and pathogen microorganisms and the culture media which they grow . contamination of foods with pathogen microorganisms ,food poisoning and controlling the contamination of foods by microorganisims.
