Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this lecture is to equip students with the knowledge of basic heating, vantilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipments and HVAC technologies to solve applied problems
Course Content
At this lecture, Definition of air conditioning, principles of ventilating and air conditioning, Definition of thermal comfort, factors effects thermal comfort, Environmental comfort, Air conditioning where they applied, Factors affect air quality, Reasons of heat stress and solutions, Refrigerant types, Interior air quality and dependent illnesses, Noise, Subjects related occupational health and safety regulations on ventilating and air conditioinig, Air conditioning subjects in regulations about precautions in workplaces where worked with inflammable, explosive, dangerous and harmful , Subjects about air condtioning at regulation related with health and safety precautions at workplaces, Laws about air conditoning at workplaces are explanied.
