Course Goal / Objective

Aim of this course is to make master students, who are working in this field, comprehend the dating and its methods.

Course Content

introduction to physical techniques used in dating of archeological, anthropological, and geological samples, carbon-14 method, Dendrochronology method, Potassium Argon (K-R) technique, thermoluminescence, Optically Stimulated Luminescence, Electron Spin Resonance, fission tracks dating methods are the contents of the course.
