Course Goal / Objective

In this course, there will be explanations about maintenance and performance definitions, types of care and losses. In addition, regular maintenance and fault detection in lifting/transmission machines, pressure containers, cooling units, heat exchangers, air conditioning devices, valves, brulhers, boilers, compressors, pumps and fire systems will be mentioned.

Definition of maintenance, performance, failure, deterioration, cost, repairability, readiness, fault definitions, disruptions and maintenance costs, maintenance manuals, maintenance functions and task areas, planned maintenance, unplanned maintenance, preventive maintenance, total productive maintenance, predictive maintenance, chronic losses, autonomous maintenance, P-M analysis, quality maintenance, maintenance of lifting/transfer machines and pressure vessels, central air conditioning installation maintenance, chiller unit maintenance, cooling tower maintenance, cooling systems maintenance, heat exchangers maintenance, air conditioning device maintenance, fan coil device maintenance, pump maintenance, safety valve maintenance, hydraulic/pneumatic/electric valve maintenance, burner (liquid fuel, gas) maintenance, heating boilers (coal, liquid fuel or gas) maintenance, high pressure steam boilers maintenance, steam generators maintenance, compressed air compressors maintenance, diesel generator group maintenance, electric hot water heater maintenance, water heater (Gas) maintenance, sprinks (Nozzles) maintenance, fire pump (Electric motor or diesel/gasoline motor) maintenance, fire extinguisher control, fire and smoke dampers maintenance.
