Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to improve students' skills in using concepts effectively by reminding them of their prior knowledge about mathematics.

Course Content

An overview of mathematics, the concept of function, limit, continuity, introduction to derivatives and derivative rules, logarithmic, hyperbolic and inverse trigonometric functions and their derivatives, derivative applications, definite integral, properties of definite integrals, integration techniques, application of definite integrals; calculations of area, volume and center of gravity, arc length, areas of surfaces of revolution, generalized (improper) integrals, integral applications
