Course Goal / Objective

To give general information about water search by vertical electric sounding (VES) method and to teach how to make underground water search application by using VES working techniques

Course Content

Direct current resistivity vertical method, Basic concepts, Types of electrode opening used in the field, Working techniques, VES (Vertical Electrical Sounding) Curves, Applications of Vertical Electrical Sounding, separation of sweet-salt water zones by VES method
