Course Goal / Objective
Learning the tools for manufacturing methods for microfluidics systems. Understanding of dimensional analysis in micron scale. Driving forces at micro scale. Understanding the importance of surface effects, wettability and capillarity. Applications, of electrokinetics on micron scale applications such as mixing, pumping, separation, trapping. Transport methods of biochemical species.
