Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the physiological and genetic characteristics of animal models used in translational medicine, including their applications in preclinical research, drug development, and disease modeling. It focuses on the selection of appropriate animal models, standardization of experimental design, power analysis, and ethical regulations.
Course Content
This course covers the selection and characterization of animal models used in translational medicine, physiological assessment of experimental animals, biotechnological applications in animal models, ethical principles in animal studies, and advanced preclinical research techniques.
