Course Goal / Objective

Getting ability to applicate the techniques that are used in molecular biology

Course Content

Equipments that are used in molecular biology laboratory, DNA isolation, agarose gel electrophoresis, application of PCR, isolation and analysis of RNA, application of blotting and ELISA.
