Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is (a) to determine what theory is and what the theories do, (b) to evaluate how the phenomenon of organization is defined in different ways, (c) to examine how organizational theory affects human behavior and practices, (d) to explore the relationship between organizational theory and practices, (e) to reveal different theoretical perspectives, their assumptions, and how they explain organizational phenomena.
Course Content
This course focuses on the nature of organizations and theories to examine and explain what goes on in and around organizations.
