Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to explain the biological values of our country to the Environmental Engineers and to ensure that the awareness of nature conservation is fully established in them. To ensure that the Environmental Engineer fully understands that he is working on technologies that minimize the impact of humans on nature and to increase their ethical values, to create an effective infrastructure and resource that will help in the decision-making process in the EIA processes.

What is an Important Natural Area- (KBA) KBA approach, KBA Criteria, Turkey's biogeography and natural habitats, Mediterranean Region KBA, Southeastern Anatolia Region KBA, Eastern Anatolia Region KBA, Black Sea Region KBA, Marmara Region KBA, Aegean Region KBA, Central KBA Anatolian Region KBA.
