Course Goal / Objective
Being able to act as a leader in health management styles, planning stages and in the health care
Course Content
Analysing, understanding and applying basic managerial functions such as planning, organisation, coordination, conduct and control in health organisations To have knowledge and ability to analyze and assess the technical, financial, administrative, medical process of health institutions
