Course Goal / Objective
Demonstrating basic swimming skills as one of the sportive activities, establishing the use and importance of swimming in daily life and in sports.
Course Content
This course covers required skills for an individual about movement skills in water, 4 techniques in accordance with swimming teaching methods, competition rules about starting and turning, specifications of facilities, usage areas of swimming in daily life and the importance of swimming as a professional sports.
