Course Goal / Objective

Causing the student to gain knowledge, ability and manner of isolation of genomic material, analysis methods, interpret and application field.

Course Content

Genom analysis methods, Mechanism and optimization of Polymerase chain reaction (PCR), isolation of DNA, Agarose and polyacrilamid gel electrophoresis of PCR product, preparing the solutions and gels, staining the gels, QF-PCR method and analyse and interpret of QF-PCR results, Types of PCR and fields of application (Mutation screening, PCR-RFLP, Sequencing, Gene cloning), The method and applications of Real time PCR, Blotting Techniques.
