Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to enable individuals to develop effective communication skills and gain the ability to communicate effectively in different contexts (family, community, work).
Course Content
This course provides theoretical and practical content for individuals to develop effective communication skills. Participants have the opportunity to increase their knowledge and skills on topics such as listening, self-expression, recognising prejudices, family and public communication. Approaches such as transactional analysis to understand and resolve communication conflicts are covered in the course.
