Course Goal / Objective

To have an understanding of the importance of the Prophet's life and invitation in world history and to have basic knowledge about Siyar.

Course Content

The environment in which Muhammad was born, his birth, childhood, youth, family, Mecca and Medina Periods and his death in the context of the example of his Prophethood.

LO02 To be able to explain the reasons for the opposition of the Meccan polytheists to the invitation of our Prophet.
LO03 To be able to realize the environment and conditions that were formed in and around Mecca in the period before the Prophet's prophethood.
LO04 To be able to compare the activities carried out by the Prophet for the purpose of spreading His message and his practices in this regard.
LO05 To be able to generate ideas about the results of the Prophet's preaching activities in the Arabian Peninsula.
LO06 To be able to Decipher similarities between the policies that the Prophet followed in his struggle against the Meccan Polytheists, Jews and Hypocrites.
LO07 To be able to explain the exemplary morality of the Prophet.
