Course Goal / Objective
Within the scope of the course, defining the concept of Arid Landscape, explaining the importance of Arid Landscape and constructing the stages of Arid Landscape application.
Course Content
Drought, Global climate change, Climate change adaptation processes, Plant and water consumption relationships, XERISCAPE concept, Basic principles of XERISCAPE, Approaches to XERISCAPE studies in the Mediterranean region, Plant species that can be used for XERISCAPE studies in the Mediterranean region, Preparing a xeriscape landscape design project in a sample area
