Course Goal / Objective
In this course, it is aimed to introduce the concept of mathematical modeling in mathematics education, to teach mathematical modeling applications, to examine mathematical modeling studies in academic studies and to design a model-eliciting activity.
Course Content
In this course, mathematical modeling, mathematical modeling perspectives, mathematical modeling processes, model-eliciting activities, principles and components of model-eliciting activities will be examined.
