Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to demonstrate the contribution of Lean OHS in preventing accidents in businesses and increasing productivity by carrying out Occupational Safety studies according to Lean Production principles.
Course Content
Continuous improvement culture in the production areas of the enterprises, Modern production management philosophies such as Kaizen, Kanban, 6 Sigma and 5S provided by total quality management. The issue of orderly and safe working environments in continuous improvement studies in enterprises. The effect of an orderly working environment on employees. Lean approaches for the sustainability of the safety and efficiency of the enterprise. Kaizen. Error Types and Effects Analysis. Studies on the 5S quality management philosophy. Application studies on different production areas.
