Course Goal / Objective

The primary objective of organizational behavior studies is to comprehend employee behaviors, group dynamics, and organizational culture within tourism enterprises, thereby creating a more efficient, harmonious, and customer-oriented work environment.

Course Content

The course examines behavior at the individual, group, and organizational levels within businesses, with the aim of formulating management strategies tailored to the tourism sector.
