Course Goal / Objective

Information about the work areas of production management, basic concepts and practices, project management in automotive engineering, risk management and change management; obtains information about sustainable development

Introduction to Production Management, Differences and Similarities between Manufacturing and Service Systems, Project Management, Gannt scheme, Critical Path Method, Project Evaluation and Review Technique, Quality Management, Statistical Quality Control, Statistical Quality Control, Landing Line Analysis, Calculation to Standing Line Analysis, Network Models Introduction, Network Models, Network Models Applications, Example Cabulus, Processing Curios, Time Specific Curios Introduction to Programming, Types of Linear Programs, Sustainable Development in Automotive Engineering
