Course Goal / Objective
o practically teach tissue culture, somatic hybridization, and gene transfer techniques applied in fruit trees.
Course Content
The general principles of plant biotechnology, in vitro clonal propagation within the scope of tissue culture techniques in fruit trees, meristem culture, shoot tip grafting, protoplast culture, somatic hybridization, and gene transfer techniques are explained both theoretically and practically.
