Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide in-depth knowledge of advanced Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies and applications; to develop competencies in spatial data analysis, web-based GIS, cloud GIS, and mobile GIS technologies.

Course Content

Development of GIS technologies; advanced spatial data analysis methods; web-based GIS applications; cloud GIS infrastructures; mobile GIS technologies; open-source GIS software; big data integration in GIS; 3D GIS applications; GIS and artificial intelligence integration.
