Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to characterize the luminescence, dosimetric and optical properties of materials by direct and indirect methods and to evaluate the structural-morphological and luminescence measurement results.

Course Content

Direct and Indirect Measurement Techniques of Luminescent Materials, Structural, Morphological and Luminescence Characterization Techniques, Evaluation of Thermal Measurements, Evaluation of Spectroscopic Measurements, Calculation of Trap Parameters
