Course Goal / Objective

Understanding of CNS arteries, collateral circulation and venous circulation and examining the clinical conditions that will occur in case of blockage or bleeding of these arteries.

Course Content

In this course, the main arteries that feed the brain and which regions they feed, the central branches of the Circulus arteriosus and large cerebral arteries and the clinical conditions that will occur in case of their occlusion, vascular insufficiency in the brain tissue and aneurysm cases in the cerebral arteries, the distribution of the arteries that feed the medulla spinalis and the venous circulation of the brain and medulla spinalis are examined.
