Course Goal / Objective

EN: The aim of this course is to introduce classical and modern leadership theories, analyze how leadership functions on individual and organizational levels, and evaluate current leadership approaches through examples from various sectors. The course also aims to enhance students' leadership skills.

Course Content

The course covers the definition of leadership, leadership styles, classical leadership theories (trait theory, behavioral approaches, situational leadership), contemporary leadership models (transformational, servant, charismatic leadership, etc.), ethics in leadership, cultural differences, and leadership practices in the digital age. Real-life case studies and leadership simulations will be used for practical support.
