Course Goal / Objective

This lecture is aimed to learn the basic principles of the central nervous system (CNS), diseases, drugs used in these diseases and their current mechanisms of action.

Course Content

General information about central nervous system pharmacology, structure of neurons, function, neuromediators, drugs and synaptic attack, neurotransmitters, general anesthetics and pharmacological aspects, local anesthetics, neuromuscular blocking drugs
