Course Goal / Objective
Bu ders, sağlık verilerinin güvenliği, mahremiyeti ve etik kullanımı konularını kapsar. Sağlık bilişim sistemlerinde güvenlik politikaları, veri koruma yöntemleri, siber tehditler, KVKK (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu), uluslararası mevzuatlar, mesleki etik ilkeler ve veriyle ilgili etik ikilemler tartışılır.
Course Content
Bu ders, sağlık verilerinin güvenliği, mahremiyeti ve etik kullanımı konularını kapsar. Sağlık bilişim sistemlerinde güvenlik politikaları, veri koruma yöntemleri, siber tehditler, KVKK (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu), uluslararası mevzuatlar, mesleki etik ilkeler ve veriyle ilgili etik ikilemler tartışılır.
