Course Goal / Objective

Knows the concept of physical fitness and its subtitles. Knows the basic concepts of physical fitness plan and program preparation.

Course Content

Definition of physical fitness, components, reasons for the necessity of physical fitness and related concepts, measurement and evaluation of physical fitness, methods of determining ideal weight, each Exercise methods for the development and maintenance of physical fitness at age and physical level, arrangement, management and organisation of exercise areas.
