Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to teach running, hammer throw, javelin throw, triple jump, and pole vault in athletics, and to provide information about decathlon and heptathlon.
Course Content
The course content consists of the technical, tactical, and competition rules of long-distance running, short-distance running, high jump, long jump, shot put, discus throw, and athletic walking, as well as the practical applications of these disciplines.
