Course Goal / Objective
The general aim of this course is to enable architects who wish to specialize in construction/project management to understand management-related concepts. Furthermore, it aims to ensure their comprehension of the main stages of the construction production process, including feasibility, site and land selection, project preparation, tendering, contracting, and other managerial activities.
Course Content
This course provides an overview of fundamental management principles and focuses on managerial activities carried out during the construction phases.
