Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary for planning, organizing, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects.

Course Content

This course will examine all managerial and technical aspects related to the project, starting from the idea generation phase, establishing project selection criteria, determining the project manager and organization, and planning, execution, control, monitoring, and completion of the project.
