Course Goal / Objective

Teaching poultry house climatic environmental equipment and applications

Course Content

The external environment of the poultry house; internal temperature, humidity, ventilation, lighting, gases, odors, dust, microorganisms; types of poultry houses; internal heating and equipment; internal cooling and equipment; internal ventilation and equipment; internal control and its effect on productivity; climatic environmental requirements for broiler chickens; climatic environmental requirements for laying hens
