Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to examine the theoretical and practical dimensions of ethnographic approaches in education (classical, sensory, autoethnographic, and critical ethnography).

Course Content

The course will address the contexts in which culture is produced and experienced, particularly in the context of teachers, students, and parents. Furthermore, it will evaluate not only a single culture but also multiple cultural contexts that influence each other. Within the framework of ethnographic approaches, the course will contribute to the development of data collection, analysis, and interpretation skills using qualitative data collection tools (observation, interviews, etc.).
