Course Goal / Objective
The aim is to develop students' analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling them to find optimal solutions to business problems by developing mathematical models, and to make decisions by utilizing information technologies in these solutions.
Course Content
Decision-making, factors influencing decisions, individual and group decision-making, Pareto technique, group discussion technique, brainstorming, cause-and-effect analysis, multi-criteria selection matrix, SWOT analysis, risk and decision-making, decision tree technique.
