Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to equip students with the philosophy of lean production, the tools and techniques for systematically eliminating waste, process improvement methodologies, and data-driven problem-solving approaches.

Course Content

The course content focuses on enabling students to analyze processes in manufacturing and service systems, identify improvement opportunities, and design lean transformation projects.
