Course Goal / Objective
The aim is to explain concepts related to entrepreneurship and to equip students with the skills necessary for an entrepreneur.
Course Content
What is entrepreneurship? Who is an entrepreneur? Examples of entrepreneurship, Key points of starting and launching a company, Developing a business model, Planning and organization, Entrepreneurship management, Team building, Project planning, Key considerations when starting a company, Basic legal procedures and obligations, Similarities and differences between corporations and sole proprietorships, Designing business processes to increase efficiency.
