Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the basic physics principles of imaging systems used in radiodiagnostics and how images are taken, and to provide information about the clinical uses of these instruments.

Course Content

Radiological terminology, advanced x-ray imaging (mammography, fluoroscopy, digital fluoroscopy), CT physics and equipment, clinical computed tomography (CT), computed tomography imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) physics and equipment, magnetic resonance imaging, clinical MRI, ultrasonography (USG) physics and equipment, diagnostic ultrasonography, clinical USG
