Course Goal / Objective
The aim is to provide knowledge about the concept of quality, quality techniques, total quality management, standardization, and quality management systems, and to equip individuals with the skills to use them in the workplace.
Course Content
A detailed explanation of quality and standards, including an explanation of the quality techniques and quality management systems used. These techniques and systems should be supported by applications and case studies.
