Goals
The aim of the horticultural master's program is to enable students to work in the public and private sectors related to horticultural specialties, to work internationally, to have technical knowledge, theoretical and applied knowledge and skills, to make projects, to teamwork, to compile, evaluate and interpret knowledge.
Objectives
To raise individuals who can improve themselves in the field of Horticulture, who can access and follow innovations, and who can develop theories for solving problems with analytical approaches. In addition, in the fields of fruit, vegetables, vineyards and ornamental plants, equipped with the latest theoretical and applied technological knowledge at the national and international level, capable of analyzing and solving problems, having the skills of writing projects, consulting and being an expert, sensitive to social, cultural, social events and environment, aims to train graduates with the awareness of long-term learning.
Specific Admission Requirements
In this program, students can continue their education in their own field or in related fields as a result of the evaluation of ALES, undergraduate graduation GPA and interview exam together within the framework of "Ç.Ü. Graduate Education and Training Regulations".

Students who successfully complete this program are awarded a Horticulture (Thesis Master's) diploma.

Qualification Requirements of Graduation
The student has to take 7 courses, 21 credits and 42 ECTS courses. The Thesis Program Summary is sent to the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences by the decision of the Academic Committee after the presentation of the student. The student who completes the thesis work defends his thesis in front of the jury selected in accordance with the rules of the Institute of Science and Technology.
Access to Further Studies
Students who successfully complete their master's education in this program can study in doctoral programs in their field or related fields, provided that they get a valid grade from the ALES exam and have sufficient English language knowledge.
