Goals
This program is aimed to educate art educators who have the necessary equipment and competence in the academic environment, who produce information in the field of visual arts education, share the knowledge they produce in national and international platforms, contribute to the field by conducting scientific researches.
Objectives
The aim of this program is to train specialists in the field of art education, experts on scientific ethics and principles in the field of visual arts education and art education specialists ready for a higher level scientific education process.
Specific Admission Requirements
Candidates with a master's degree can apply if they provide the required scores from the foreign language and ALES exams, within the framework of "C.U. Postgraduate Education Regulations". Students who get at least 70 points as a result of the evaluation of ALES, undergraduate graduation GPA, written exam grade and interview exam grade are entitled to enroll in the doctoral program.

Students who successfully complete this program are given a PhD degree in Painting Education.

Qualification Requirements of Graduation
A minimum of 240 ECTS including at least seven courses, seminars, proficiency exams, thesis proposal and thesis work, provided that the doctorate program is not less than 21 credits and 60 ECTS in one academic year for students who have been accepted with a master's degree with thesis. consists of credit. For students who have been accepted with a bachelor's degree, it consists of at least 300 ECTS credits, including 14 courses with at least forty-two credits, seminars, proficiency exam, thesis proposal and thesis work.

Applied Course
Lessons with the title "Studio" include artistic practice (painting, sculpture, graphic design, etc.). In these courses, students are expected to do project work within the scope of a specific problem or concept.
