General Information
The objective of the master of management and organization is to provide students with the knowledge and skills that are necessary for a successful career in both research and management. Specifically the program aims to provide students with tools needed to conduct research as well as analytical abilities that are necessary to interpret and understand diverse managerial situations, identify the causes of managerial problems and provide creative solutions to those problems. Graduates of the program are equipped with skills needed to communicate and operate effectively in an increasingly global and competitive business environment.

Access to Further Studies
The graduates of this program are eligible to apply for admission to obtain a PhD degree in their or related fields if they pass the evaluation process designated according to the “Regulations of Çukurova University Graduate Studies”, which includes a required ALES score and an adequate English language proficiency.
